Jalapeno Turkey Burgers:
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium jalapeƱo, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lime juice
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 Hamburgar Buns
Possible add ons:
- Guacamole
- Bacon
- Sliced Cheddar or Monterey Jack
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
In large bowl, mix all the burger ingredients together until combined.
Shape the meat mixture into 6 patties.
Grill the turkey burgers for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through or until burgers reads 165 degrees F. Add cheese slices and allow to melt, while toasting buns on grill.
Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes. Serve on toasted buns with guacamole, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
