We had Pasta Primavera. Easy to make and healthy! I use whatever veggies I have and cook them up with a bit of broth and mix with some pasta and herbs. Good to go! Can throw in some chicken if you want it to be a bit heartier.

We didn’t have anything fancy I’m afraid. I just put some chicken breasts in the oven sprinkled with seasoning salt and then added bbq sauce on the side for dipping along with corn. It was a busy night so I didn’t have a whole lot of time to stand over the stove.
