And considering that Valentine’s Day takes place in the winter, a warm glass of hot cocoa is the perfect fit. I love adding a little bit of pink food coloring for an extra festive flair! Give this easy recipe a try with your loved ones!
Cupid’s Hot Cocoa:
Makes 2 drinks
- 12 pieces, Wilton’s White Vanilla Candy Melts (or 1/4 cup white chocolate chips)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 1/4 cup strawberry milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pink food coloring (optional)
Toppings:
In a saucepan, add in the candy melts, salt, water and milk. Cook over medium heat until melted and combined.
And the vanilla and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
Optional: Add the food coloring for a brighter pink and mix well. Serve and top with whip cream, sprinkles and a cherry. Enjoy!
