This recipe is the combination of two of the world’s greatest desserts: chocolate chip cookies and s’mores. They’re chocolaty, gooey, and oh-so-delicious. And the graham cracker add the perfect crunch! These are some of the *best* cookies to eat warm so I highly recommend not waiting for them to cool all the way. It’s a simple way to level up a classic recipe and I promise it will be a hit each and every time!
Chocolate Chip S’mores Cookies:
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 3 Hershey’s Chocolate Bar, broken into 4 pieces
- 12 marshmallows
- 6 graham crackers, broken in half
Beat the butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and gradually add to the batter.
Stack the S’mores ingredients on top of each other. Graham cracker, then chocolate, and top with marshmallow.
Next, scoop out 1/4 cup of cookie batter and cover the entire top half of the S’more. The bottom of the graham cracker will remain uncovered.
Add to a baking sheet lined with a baking mat and bake for 13-15 minutes at 375 or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Transfer to a cooling rack, and enjoy them warm or allow after they’ve cooled down if you prefer a bit of a crunch. Enjoy!
