Chocolate Chip S’mores Cookie

Description

These Chocolate Chip S’mores Cookies are a perfect combo of two classic desserts! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 3 Hershey’s Chocolate Bar, broken into 4 pieces
  • 12 marshmallows
  • Add to a baking sheet lined with a baking mat and bake for 13-15 minutes at 375 or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes6 graham crackers, broken in half


Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla
  2. Add the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and gradually add to the batter
  3. Stack the S’mores ingredients on top of each other
  4. Graham cracker, then chocolate, and top with marshmallow
  5. Next, scoop out 1/4 cup of cookie batter and cover the entire top half of the S’more
  6. The bottom of the graham cracker will remain uncovered
  7. Add to a baking sheet lined with a baking mat and bake for 13-15 minutes at 375 or until golden brown
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes
  9. Transfer to a cooling rack, and enjoy them warm or allow after they’ve cooled down if you prefer a bit of a crunch
