Description
These Chocolate Chip S’mores Cookies are a perfect combo of two classic desserts!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 3 Hershey’s Chocolate Bar, broken into 4 pieces
- 12 marshmallows
- Add to a baking sheet lined with a baking mat and bake for 13-15 minutes at 375 or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes6 graham crackers, broken in half
Instructions
- Beat the butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla
- Add the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and gradually add to the batter
- Stack the S’mores ingredients on top of each other
- Graham cracker, then chocolate, and top with marshmallow
- Next, scoop out 1/4 cup of cookie batter and cover the entire top half of the S’more
- The bottom of the graham cracker will remain uncovered
- Add to a baking sheet lined with a baking mat and bake for 13-15 minutes at 375 or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes
- Transfer to a cooling rack, and enjoy them warm or allow after they’ve cooled down if you prefer a bit of a crunch
