Stroopwafel Ice Cream Tacos:
- 1 package of full-size Stroopwafels
- 1 pint of ice cream (of your choice)
- 1 package Dark Chocolate Ghirardelli Melting Chips
- chopped nuts or sprinkles (optional)

Microwave the stroopwafels for 15 seconds, gently shaping into a taco form. Set aside and allow to them to cool completely.
Fill each “taco” with ice cream and place in the freezer while you prep the chocolate for dipping.
Microwave the Ghirardelli melting chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
Dip the prepared tacos into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with your desired toppings.
Place back in the freezer to set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
