These Stroopwafels Ice Cream Tacos are a delicious dessert everyone will love!
Ingredients

- 1 package of full-size Stroopwafels
- 1 pint of ice cream (of your choice)
- 1 package Dark Chocolate Ghirardelli Melting Chips
- chopped nuts or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Microwave the stroopwafels for 15 seconds, gently shaping into a taco form
- Set aside and allow to them to cool completely
- Fill each “taco” with ice cream and place in the freezer while you prep the chocolate for dipping
- Microwave the Ghirardelli melting chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth
- Dip the prepared tacos into the melted chocolate and immediately sprinkle with your desired toppings
- Place back in the freezer to set for 10 minutes
