These are fantastic for game day! It’s a great healthier alternative to nachos. I love that it’s fresh and very tasty, it’s something everyone is sure to love.
Greek Nachos
- 1 bag fresh pita, or pita chips
- 16 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber chopped into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbs
- 1/3 cup of red onion diced
- 1 container of hummus
- 1 container of Tzatziki sauce
Start with chopping all the fresh veggies. Cut cherry tomatoes in half, chop cucumber into bite size pieces, dice red onions. Set aside.
Cut each pita bread slice into into 8 triangular pieces. Add to baking sheet and broil for a couple minutes or until just toasted.
Add pita onto a large serving tray, then add vegetable toppings and then add olives, and feta cheese. Finish off by drizzling tzatziki sauce over the plate. Add hummus in a container in the middle for dipping. Enjoy!
