Description
These Greek Nachos are perfect for game day!
Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh pita, or pita chips
- 16 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber chopped into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup of Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbs
- 1/3 cup of red onion diced
- 1 container of hummus
- 1 container of Tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Start with chopping all the fresh veggies
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half, chop cucumber into bite size pieces, dice red onions (set aside)
- Cut each pita bread slice into into 8 triangular pieces
- Add to baking sheet and broil for a couple minutes or until just toasted
- Add pita onto a large serving tray
- then add vegetable toppings and then add olives, and feta cheese
- Finish off by drizzling tzatziki sauce over the plate
- Add hummus in a container in the middle for dipping
