Cowboy Garlic Buttery Dipping Sauce
- 6 TBSP butter, melted
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 TBSP fresh chopped parsley
- 1 TBSP fresh chopped chives
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Start with a small bowl and add butter, lemon, garlic, mustard, cayenne and paprika. Whisk until combined.
Stir in Parsley, chives, red pepper flakes, thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with grilled chicken or steak. Alternatively, it’s also fantastic for dipping bread. Enjoy!
