I could not open printable form when using Google chrome (tried 4 times) but then I switched to Firefox and the form opened with no problem. Good Luck!
I mailed to the address provided and got returned as well indicating “Undeliverable Adress” Has someone tried mailing with luck? or knows the right address?? I’m frustrated!

Looks like they ran out of stock for these Toy Story promotional items(https://www.facebook.com/SaraLeeSoftandSmooth#!) For those getting “Undeliverable Address” return letters, unfortunately, it means your entry was received after the supplies ran out.
Looks like I’m not the only one who got the form returned. 🙁 was this a scam? Did Sara lee even send out these items to anyone? I’m upset with Sara lee and will be avoiding their product now!
I’m so angry… my kids collected what was needed to get a lunchbox and mailed it off only to have it returned to them saying “Return To Sender Stock Depleted”…my kids do not understand this and are very upset. Does anyone know how to get Sarah Lee to follow through with this promotion?
I have been trying for an hour to find the darn address to send off my sons upc codes he has saved up for his “free lunchbox”. I so happened to run across this website and am Very upset with the POOR managing of this promotional giveaway from SaraLee. They need to honor what they are advertising to all the kids who took the time and effort not excluding the excitement in saving up the upcs to recieve their items in the mail!! This seems to be a joke, I guess its like the old saying goes… “You can’t get anything for FREE anymore.”

i didnt get my things. and so what happend. Am so mad i mailed mine in june and i never got them and the piece of papper said 4 to 6 weeks. and i never got them. so if you ran out you should made more .so i hope you make more.
We did not get the light up lunch box but they did replace it with a old fashion lunch box with buzz on it. Due to the overwhelming response to this offer we did not get the sectioned plate. However we did get the cup and plate today! Gosh, we sent our UPC in May and they had ran out already.
