When I did this diaper deal at my local Fred Meyers in Washington State it wouldn’t generate the catalina. I even showed my cashier the full page newspaper clip that stated the $3 catalina deal and she said because the final price (after using FM coupon and (2) $3 off manufacturer’s coupons) came to less than $15.00 it will not print the catalina. Oh well! it was still a good deal.
