Easy Spicy Chicken Wraps:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- pinch of chili flakes
- lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 TBSP red onion, diced
- 2 TBSP cilantro
- 4 flour tortillas
- salt and pepper, to taste
Spicy sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 TBSP cilantro
- 1 TBSP siracha
- lemon juice, 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper
To make the marinade, add garlic, juice from one lemon, paprika, oregano, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl. Add sliced chicken and coat with the marinade. Allow to marinate 30 minutes – or up to 24 hours.
Fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked and remove from heat.
To make the sauce, add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
To assemble, start with the tortilla, add lettuce, cooked chicken, diced tomatoes and cilantro to the middle of the tortilla. Finish off with a generous drizzle of spicy sauce. Enjoy!
