Easy Spicy Chicken Wraps

These Easy Spicy Chicken Wraps are a light meal that keeps you full all day long!


  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • pinch of chili flakes
  • lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 TBSP red onion, diced
  • 2 TBSP cilantro
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Spicy sauce:

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 TBSP cilantro
  • 1 TBSP siracha
  • lemon juice, 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper


To make the marinade:

  1. Add garlic, lemon juice from one lemon, paprika, oregano, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper to a medium bowl
  2. Add sliced chicken and coat with the marinade (allow to marinate 30 minutes  – or up to 24 hours)
  3. Fry the marinated chicken until fully cooked and remove from heat

To make the sauce:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined

To assemble:

  1. Start with the tortilla, add lettuce, cooked chicken, diced tomatoes and cilantro to the middle of the tortilla
  2. Finish off with a generous drizzle of spicy sauce
