Avocado Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce:

- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup avocado oil (sub option: olive oil)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Place all ingredients into your blender or food processor.
Process or blend until combined. Scrape the edges with a spatula and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or transfer into airtight container to store in fridge. Best if consumed within 3 days. Enjoy!
