Bonfire nights just got an upgrade! The classic S’more has provided a wonderful roadmap for a whole host of delicious variations, and I have discovered the very best one! Stroopwafels are the perfect size and I am a firm believer that Ghirardelli squares make just about everything better! You have to give this a try on your next firepit night, you will not regret it!

Stroopwafel S’mores:

1 package Mini Ghirardelli squares
1 package Caramel mini Stroopwafel (I got mine at Trader Joe’s!)
1 package of marshmallows

Elevate you traditional S’more with this tasty recipe! If you are a fan of caramel, then this is for you! The mini Stroopwafel make a perfect bite size treat.

Toast marshmallows over a campfire or barbecue. Place one toasted marshmallow on one mini Stroopwafel and add Ghirardelli mini chocolate square.

I like to get the variety bag of Ghirardelli so I can try out different flavors. The sea salt dark chocolate caramel is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with the standard milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or any of the other caramel varieties!
