Peppermint Graham Cracker Crunch:

- 1 Package Candy melt or white chocolate chips
- 1 Box of Graham crackers
- Crushed peppermint candy
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the counter and a cooling rack over the top for quick and easy clean up. Prep your graham crackers by breaking them in half and crushing peppermint candy into small pieces.
Next, melt the white chocolate, I use the microwave method and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring each time. Be careful not to rush this step if you want to avoid burning the chocolate. Once your chocolate is smooth, you are ready to dip the graham crackers.
Dip graham crackers in chocolate letting excess chocolate to drip off into the bowl before placing on the cooling rack to finish dripping. Add crushed peppermint over the top.
