The Ninja Creami machine has changed the game for us! It helps you make frozen treats like ice cream, gelato, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and more right at home! It’s so easy to customize everything and add or take away whatever you want! Rocky Road is my all-time favorite ice cream flavor and I love that I can make a container right at home!
Ninja Creami Rocky Road:
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
Mix-ins:
- peanuts
- mini marshmallows
- mini chocolate chips
Add Half and Half, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sugar into your cream container and whisk until combined. Be careful not to overfill past the line! Place the container on a flat surface in your freeze and chill overnight.
Run the Ninja Creami on the ice cream setting. Afterwards, reopen the container and add 2 TBSP of half and half and re-spin.
Now is the time to add your mix-ins! In this case, you’ll add mini marshmallows, peanuts, and mini chocolate chips! Spin on the mix-in cycle.
If you have any leftovers, you can place the container back in the freezer, but keep in mind that it might harden overnight. Simply set out on your counter a little before scooping and be sure to consume everything within a few days.
