Caveat on their free shipping no code needed… I ordered some items with free shipping in mind and I didn’t get free shipping. I called Kirkland about it and they said because one item was a clearance. no free shipping….that information was buried on the website. Normally when there are exceptions to free shipping there is an asterisk when it says free shipping so you dig a little deeper to see what defines free shipping. When they say free shipping all orders no minimum why would I go to their coupon section to find out how there is not free shipping on all orders. Felt deceptive.
Called to cancel order right after I placed it and received message customer service closed. Called next morning less than 24 hours after ordering and they said they weren’t sure they could do that. I also tried to cancel online but did not see an option for that.
This is the first and last time I’ll ever order from Kirkland.. So many other companies offering great home goods, good prices, and great and reasonable customer service. This blog made me aware of them so I thought you’d want to be aware of a customer experience with them.
