I love using 4 oz canning jars for individual desserts, they are the perfect serving size. These are fun to make for a house party, or just a yummy treat for the family.
- 1 package 8oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Fruit topping;
- 2 cups of strawberries, or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/3 cup sugar
In mixing bowl conbined cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla beat until will blended make sure to scrape sides and mix for another minute.
Add a vanilla wafer into each of the 4oz canning jars.
Add filling and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown. Take out of oven and allow to cool completely.
Blend strawberries, sugar and cornstarch into a blender (if using blueberries there is no need to blend) then put in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it bubbles and thickens. Let cool down.
Add to berry sauce to individual cheese pies and refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
