Today, we’re ditching the straw and diving spoon-first into a homemade ice cream recipe that captures the essence of the iconic Pink Drink!
This recipe goes beyond a simple flavor copy. We’ll be crafting a vibrant, creamy ice cream that bursts with the familiar taste of strawberries and coconut. Say goodbye to melted milkshakes and hello to a delightful frozen treat that’s perfect for beating the heat. Grab your Ninja Creami and get ready to whip up a scoop (or two) of pure summery bliss!
Pink Drink Ice Cream:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 oz vanilla syrup (Torani)
- 1 cup strawberry-cranberry juice
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries
Add the coconut milk, strawberry-cranberry juice, vanilla syrup, sugar and chopped strawberries into a blender and blend until combined.
Add to the Creami container. (Be mindful of the fill line and be careful not to overfill.) Chill the container overnight in the freezer on a flat surface.
Run the Ninja Creami on the ice cream setting. Once done, open up and add 2 TBSP of coconut milk and re-spin. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
