If you’re looking for a cookie that’ll be the hit of party, this little baby is it!! They’re like a potato chip, you can’t eat just one!! So far I’ve made them for Girl Scouts, a Sunday family dinner and a party…each time, not a morsel made it home!
They’re sweet n’ soft, which I LOVE! I’m not a hard cookie kinda gal unless it’s a dunker into ice cold milk!
This seriously is my new favorite {aside from Samoas Girl Scout cookies}!! Super simple too!
Here’s what ya need…
1 Box White cake mix (I used the 15.25oz box)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix those ingredients up in a mixing bowl, grab aprox. a heaping tablespoon of dough, roll it into a ball, place on the cookie sheet {on parchment paper or a Silicone Baking Mat} and then press down a bit to flatten it out.
Bake at 350 for aprox. 10 min. until the edges start to turn “light golden brown”. Don’t over cook them! Remember they continue to cook a bit on the tray when you let them sit for 3-5 min. before bumping them over to your cooling tray!
Now, before I tell you the icing recipe, I have to say this by far is the BEST way to “ice” your cookies! I used a hair coloring bottle that I got at Sally’s for $.69 cents! They’re super easy to fill, easy to clean and easy-peasy to ice with!!
Now onto the Icing…
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 cups powdered sugar
Icing will be white, so add food coloring as desired!
Mix up all ingredients well and you’re good to go!!
I found this entire cookie in a “hand me down” recipe book, so although I’d love to give credit where credit is due, I don’t know who that is!! I did find a recipe pretty darn near exact right here!
Enjoy! Kristy

These are so good with lemon cake mix!
