Description
This Whipped Ricotta with Honey and Lemon makes a great dipping sauce for a fresh baguette and more.
Ingredients

- 16 oz whole milk ricotta
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 TBSP fresh cilantro
- 4 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- baguette or crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add ricotta and beat with an electric beater using the whisk attachment for 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside
- In separate small mixing bowl, stir together the herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, honey, and sea salt.
- Pour the herb and honey mixture on top of the whipped ricotta
- Top with fresh ground pepper to taste
- Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers
