These Valentine’s Hershey’s Kiss Cookies will make a sweet treat for the holiday!
Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 TBSP milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup heart sprinkles, or sprinkles of choice
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, and salt (set aside)
- In a mixer, add butter and beat on med-high until creamed, about 2 minutes
- Add in the yolk, milk, and vanilla and beat on high speed until combined
- Add the dried ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat on low speed until combined
- Pour sprinkles in small bowl
- Using a cookie dough scoop, scoop the dough and form into a small ball
- Coat the dough balls in sprinkles by rolling it through the bowl
- Place the dough on a prepared cookie sheet, 2 inches apart
- Bake for 9-12 minutes
- Remove cookies from oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes
- Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie and transfer to a cooling rack
