Description
This Teriyaki Salmon is healthy, delicious and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1lb salmon fillet, cubed
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBSP light brown sugar
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP Rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp fresh grated garlic
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat
- Add cubed Salmon and brown until just cooked through
- While salmon is cooking, prepare your teriyaki sauce
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and Sriracha (set aside)
- Once salmon is browned, add your teriyaki sauce to the skillet and continue to cook until the sauce begins to thicken
- Add in sliced green onion
- Serve teriyaki salmon over rice and top with sesame seeds
