I am not a fan of Buy One Get One 50% off sales!! Here is why, in order to get a deal, you have to buy 2 items. What if you really only wanted one? Then you are stuck paying full price. Plus, when you buy one at regular price and get one at 50% off you are essentially getting both items at 25% off (if you buy 2 items that are identical in price, if one is higher ,your savings is even less). Getting an item at 25% off really isn’t a super deal to me.
I am however going to highlight one of the Buy One Get One 50% off deals that Target is having right now, because one of the items is already on sale, so you are getting one at 25% off and then the next at 50% off. Plus, they are Lego’s and you all know how much I love my Lego’s.

I just did that with 2 lego city sets. We’re a lego family and I tend to buy whenever I can find a sale on them, even if I have to hide them away for special occasions throughout the year 🙂 They’re just rarely on sale when I need them to be!
We did end up getting the Cars 2 even though it was a better deal because if it doesn’t come with a “little guy” my 3 year old doesn’t care about it 🙂
