If you head to Target another area you may want to check, is the children’s craft aisle. I found several craft sets on clearance at the two stores I went to last night. The majority of the items at Lynnwood were 70% off, and the items at Issaquah were 50% off. Several of these items would make great birthday gifts to stash away in your gift closet.
