It has finally happened, it looks like Target is only marking their clearance down to 70% off instead of 75% off. Have you noticed the same thing happening at your store too?
I am guessing that the holiday clearance will now go to 50% off, then 70% off and it will conclude at 90% off (this is the markdowns that happened for the Halloween clearance, so I think the same will happen for the Christmas clearance.)
