You and your family will love this smoothie, it tastes as great as it looks. It has simple ingredients too, it’s mostly just fruit and yogurt.
Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Mango layer (bottom of glass)
- 1 cup frozen mangos
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2 TBSP owater
Strawberry layer (top of glass)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup water
In blender add mangos, yogurt, and water. Blend until smooth. Add to glasses and fill about 1/2 way full. Next, add strawberries and water to the blender, blend until smooth. Fill the glasses with strawberry layer.
With a straw using an up down motion slightly blend the layers together. For extra sweetness and a tropical flavor I often add some sugar-free coconut syrup by Torani. Enjoy!
