I absolutely love smoothies! Today we have a quick and easy recipe so you can make your own Strawberry and Banana Smoothies. YUM!
Here’s what you need:
- 1 cup cut Strawberries
- 1 sliced Banana
- 1 cup Ice
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 tsp Honey
Simply put all the ingredients in blender and mix until ice is crushed. Enjoy!

It’s a-ok, too, with just using plain yogurt – and maybe a 1/2 tsp of vanilla flavoring, if you need it. Save on the calories!

can you use soy milk or almond milk? My son has a milk sensitivity so we try to limit his milk intake
