I found some cool ice push-up pouches on amazon and they work great. I used greek yogurt and fresh fruit to make some homemade smoothie pops, they are healthy and the kids love them!! The best part you can add a bit of spinach or protein powder for extra nutrition and they won’t even know.
Homemade Smoothie Push-Up Pops:
- 2 cup strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 container of greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of Show me the Whey Vanilla protein powder from PCC (This is my favorite! It has no bitter aftertaste)
- Ice Pop Pouches
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Add to individual push up pouches using a funnel. Freeze for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
