Nothing like a shamrock smoothie to put you in the St Patrick’s Day sprit. This is an amazing yummy and healthy smoothie your family will love. The little ones love it, who would of thought getting them to eat spinach would be so easy.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 6 leaves of fresh mint
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/4 cup Agava nectar (give or take depending on how sweet you want it)
- 8 ice cubes
Makes 4 smoothies
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, and enjoy!
