This Pull-Apart Cheesy Garlic Biscuit is warm, gooey and sure to please any crowd!
Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cold, grated butter
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 5 cheese sticks, cut into 1/3″ pieces
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt, and sugar
- Mix together. Add in the cold, grated butter and work into the flour mixture with pastry cutter
- It will resemble a course crumble mixture
- Add in the egg and gradually add milk, working it in with spatula or wooden spoon (Careful not to overwork)
- Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, minced garlic, cheese and dresh parsley
- Work into the biscuit mixture scoop the dough into a muffin pan
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes
- Remove from the muffin pan and serve warm
