Description
These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bars are a creamy treat that is also good for you!
Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 1 1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Chocolate Coating:
1 cup Dipping Chocolate (I prefer Ghirardelli’s)
Instructions
- Combine all filling ingredients, and mix until combined
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop filling into four circles
- Add a popsicle stick and cover with more filling, make sure each popsicle stick is completely covered
- Freeze for 2 hours
- Melt dipping chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between
- Once melted and completely smooth, dip yogurt bar to completely cover with chocolate, tap on side of bowl to remove excess chocolate, and place back on parchment paper
- Allow to set (about 5 minutes)
Notes
- If saving for later, store in an airtight container in freezer.
- Allow to thaw before eating, or simply microwave for 10 seconds.
