I know many of you made it to the big toy clearance at Target and were able to pick up lots of toys for 75% off. Woo Hoo! I want to thank you all for sharing what you have found at your store, you have made this a fun week. There are a couple people that have mentioned that some of their Target stores have not yet gone 75% off, if this is the case, they will probably go 75% off on Wed or Thurs of this week.
There are many other departments that will go 75% off, just like the toys did, so you will want to watch for those. I know that the sporting goods usually get marked down on Thursdays, and in the past it has usually happened a week or two after the toys were marked down. I have seen tons of tents, sleeping bags, air mattresses, camping chairs, and camping equipments with those red clearance stickers. Right now, most of it is 30-50% off. Now is a great time to pick up some items that use can use for those summer camping trips. If you are in need of a tent, it makes a lot of sense to try to pick one up now at 75% off then paying full price in the summer.
There are also TONS of markdowns in the baby department, our baby items are still only at 30% off, but they also will go 75% off eventually. I believe the baby items get marked down on Mondays. I will keep you updated on when the baby stuff gets marked down to 75% off, I know there are lots of you with little ones.
The bedding department, lamps, and frames will also get marked down. You just need to make sure you know what days each department gets marked down.
You can continue to keep an eye on THIS thread at Gotta Deal, where people will always share what they have found on clearance, you will need to go to the last page for the most up-to-date information. Another good place to get Target markdown information is HERE at Deal Beacon. They have a list of items that were found on clearance at Target each day and the discount they were found at.
So, the fun isn’t over yet! Oh, and one more bit of advice, a lot of times people will return some of the toys that they bought, so if you head to Target I would check the toy section just in case. You never know what you may find.
