@Julie Yes, Kohl’s is fabulous that way! However, if you are redeeming Kohl’s cash they will deduct your Kohl’s Cash first and then take the 20% off whatever amount is left over.
If you are earning Kohl’s Cash it will be based on the actual amount you spend after the coupon is deducted.
