Change up your kid’s PB&J sandwiches with these fun PB&J Tacos, These are fun and perfect for school lunches. The addition of the fresh fruit is a great way to add more yum to the classic sandwich.
PB&J Tacos
- Bread
- peanut butter
- jelly
- Fresh fruit (I used blue berries and strawberries)
Lay out slices of bread, using a rolling pin roll out the bread to flatten and make more dense. Using a large circle cutter cut one large circle out of each slice of bread.
Next add your favorite peanut butter and jelly over the entire surface of the circle. Fold in half to shape into a taco shell. Top off with fresh fruit.
Add to bento box with other snacks and a drink. Enjoy!
