I currently have 3 teens and 1 tween, two of which have had braces, and the other two are in need of braces. My daughter is less than thrilled about the fact that she has to have braces. Thanks to Invisalign she can have braces and NOT have them be so noticible.
What is Invisalign Teen?
Invisalign Teen is a clear, plastic aligner therapy, that is an effective alternative to metal braces, which combines the benefits of the proven Invisalign Full system with additional features that are tailored specifically for teens.
Here are some feature that your teens may really enjoy about Invisalign Teen:
- Probably one of the biggest reasons your teen will love them, is because of the near-invisiblity of them.
- The Invisalign Aligners are comfortable and durable, making it easy for them to continue their active lifestyles playing sports and such.
- The Invisigaling Aligners are made of lightweight plastic which is more comfortable then the metal brackets.
- Invisalign can be removed for easy brushing and flossing of their teeth. This is HUGE!! The biggest problem my boys had with their braces was trying to floss their teeth.
- There are no forbidden foods with Invisalign. My two boys that have had braces receive a big long list “do not eat” foods. Boy, were they depressed!
