And making your own infused oils is actually rather easy! Just a few ingredients and you’ve got a beautiful, giftable set – perfect for relatives, coworkers, and anyone else on your list this year! Infused Olive Oil Gift Sets:
Lemon-infused Olive Oil
- 2 whole lemons
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 oz glass bottle with top
Rosemary-infused Olive Oil
- 3-4 rosemary sprigs
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 oz glass bottle with top
Chili Infused Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP dried chili flakes
- 1-2 whole dried Thai chilies
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 oz glass bottle with top
Garlic-infused Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup whole, pealed garlic cloves
- Juice from 1/4 lemon
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 oz glass bottles with top
- 2-3 whole garlic cloves for bottle, optional

Making the Oils:
Lemon-infused Oil
- With a knife, carefully strip one lemon of its zest. Keep the strips long and wide and be sure to avoid the white birth underneath, as this part with create a bitter flavor,
- Zest your second lemon and set aside. You can zest this lemon in more of a traditional method,
- In a sauce pan, heat the olive oil until small bubbles begin to form. Add the zest from the second lemon to the olive oil and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Strain the cooked oil and remove the zest.
- Prepare the bottle by adding the lemon zest strips and pour the strained olive oil into bottle. Add the cork and a label for gift giving!
- Keep refrigerated. This oil is ideal for salads or everyday cooking!
Rosemary-infused Oil
- Stuff rosemary springs into your glass bottle and set aside.
- In a sauce pan, heat the oil until a few bubble start to form.
- Carefully pour the warm oil into the bottle over the rosemary.
- Add the cork and a label for gift giving.
- Keep refrigerated. This oil is great over salads, bread dipping, and daily cooking.
Chili-infused Oil
- Add chili flakes and pepper into the glass bottle and set aside.
- In a sauce pan, heat olive oil until small bubbles begin to form.
- Carefully pour warm oil into the bottle over chili flakes and peppers.
- Add the cork and a label for gift giving.
- Keep refrigerated. This oil is great over salads, bread dipping, and daily cooking.
Garlic-infused Oil
- Place the garlic cloves in a bowl with lemon juice and stir. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 325.
- Remove the garlic from the lemon juice and spread garlic out in one layer in a small baking dish.
- Pour oil over the garlic so that the cloves are completely immersed.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Cloves will darken as they cool. Scoop out cloves and discard.
- Add a couple uncooked garlic cloves to glass bottle and strain the remaining oil into the bottle.
- Add the cork and a label for gift giving.
- Keep refrigerated. This oil is great over salads, bread dipping, and daily cooking.
