This Homemade Instant Ramen is quick, delicious and perfect for lunch!
Ingredients

- 1 tsp Better than Bouillon (chicken or beef)
- 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas and corn)
- 2 oz dried ramen noodles
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 TBSP cilantro
Instructions
- Add the Better the Bouillon, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder into a 16 oz mason jar
- Place the lid on top and shake to combine
- Add in the frozen vegetables and place broken ramen noodles over the top
- Finish off by adding the green onions and fresh cilantro {DO NOT MIX)
- Screw on the lid and place the jar in the fridge for up to four days
- To serve, pour 1 1/4 cup of boiling water over the noodles and cover for 5 minutes
- Stir until seasoning is fully dissolved
