Homemade Instant Ramen

Description

This Homemade Instant Ramen is quick, delicious and perfect for lunch! 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp Better than Bouillon (chicken or beef)
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas and corn)
  • 2 oz dried ramen noodles
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 TBSP cilantro


Instructions

  1. Add the Better the Bouillon, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder into a 16 oz mason jar
  2. Place the lid on top and shake to combine
  3. Add in the frozen vegetables and place broken ramen noodles over the top
  4. Finish off by adding the green onions and fresh cilantro {DO NOT MIX)
  5. Screw on the lid and place the jar in the fridge for up to four days
  6. To serve, pour 1 1/4 cup of boiling water over the noodles and cover for 5 minutes
  7. Stir until seasoning is fully dissolved
