These Homemade Gyozas consist of crisp bottoms, tender wrappers, and juicy, flavorful filling that will leave you wanting more!
Ingredients

- 52 wonton wrappers
- 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, or pork
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 TBSP sesame oil
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, add cooked ground meat, onions, cabbage, garlic, oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper
- Pulse a couple times to make filling more of a fine texture
- Place equal portions of filling on each wrapper
- Brush the edges of each wrapper with water and seal the filling on the inside
- Fold like a taco and gradually pinch and pleat to close and seal
