This Everything Bagel Breakfast Pizza takes ordinary breakfast to another level!
Ingredients

- 8 slices of cooked bacon, broken into pieces
- flour, for dusting work surface
- 1LB store-bought pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 TBSP everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- fresh chives, chopped
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the bacon before removing from the pan and breaking into bite-size pieces
- Reserve the bacon drippings for brushing on pizza
- Preheat the oven 425 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly flour your work surface
- Stretch out dough into a circle about 1/4 in thick
- Transfer dough to your prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the reserved bacon drippings
- Top your pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1 inch border around the edges
- Add bacon and diced tomatoes
- Crack eggs on top of the pizza, careful to space them out so they are not overlapping
- Brush the edges pizza one more time with the reserved bacon drippings, then sprinkle with everything seasoning
- Bake pizza for 15 minutes or until the egg whites are set and yolk reaches desired doneness
- Garnish with chives and black pepper
- Serve immediately
