These Italian sodas are so much fun for the fall, the orange color makes them perfect for you halloween or fall party. I love the orange flavor in combination with vanilla. However, it can be tricky to find orange flavoring that doesn’t curdle the cream. This is a spin on and Italian soda with no chance of curdling. Yay!
Creamsicle Italian Soda (single serving)
- Ice
- 6 oz club soda
- 2 oz french vanilla syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 oz half and half
- drop orange food coloring
- Canned whipped cream and sprinkles
Start with a glass of ice, add vanilla syrup, extract and a drop of food coloring.
Add club soda, give it a stir. Add a splash of half and half.
Top off with whip cream and sprinkles. Enjoy!
