I always like to get the best deal possible whether I shop online or in-store. For online purchases, a little planning and research can make a big difference. I check several stores to see who has the best price, and then I check for any coupon or free shipping codes; using these codes can increase your savings. As a best practice, you should always look for those little boxes that say “enter coupon code here”. If a site has one, go find a code to type into it. Ignoring the discounts available from codes is like throwing money away!
I was recently introduced to CouponChief.com, a site that has over 50,000 coupons for over 15,000 stores. That means Coupon Chief has one of the largest databases of online coupons on the net, and this collection of codes can be your source for savings!
Here is how to use Coupon Chief. You go to their site, and simply type in the name of the store/domain name where you want to shop. Let’s say you were planning on getting some new shoes for summer and you were planning on making a purchase at shoes.com. All you need to do is type “shoes.com” in the search box. Coupon Chief will then show you all the discounts that are available at shoes.com. You would then find the one that gives you the biggest discount and use it when you check out. It’s that easy! If you don’t know exactly what store you want to shop at, you can also just click on a category (shoes, games, sports, etc). I have used the codes posted at Coupon Chief, and it works like a charm.
There is something else really cool about Coupon Chief – they will pay you to upload coupon codes and share the savings with others.
First, you will need to sign up for their Pays-2-Share program, then submit a coupon code. Anytime somebody makes a purchase using the code you submitted, Coupon Chief will pay you 2% of the total sales. How cool is that?
They also have a program called Coupons-4-Causes. With Coupons-4-Causes, you can help support your favorite cause every time you shop. Just use their coupons for your online shopping, and they will donate up to 20% of the purchase to your favorite charity, school, or church.
Not only do I like Coupon Chief because they save me money at TONS of store, but I love the look of the site too. The site is clean, un-cluttered and very easy to navigate. So, next time you have a purchase to make, give Coupon Chief a try.
You can follow Coupon Chief on twitter and like them on Facebook too!
