Every month I head to Costco and share some of the new and exciting finds. Keep in mind that selection and prices may vary by location. A new coupon book was released and the prices are valid March 23rd – April 17th. Here is a peek at some of the markdowns, new, sale and seasonal items I found at my Covington, WA Costco in March. We are seeing lots of yard and outdoor items in order to prep for summer.
Here’s a couple of Costco tips for you: If an item ends in 7, it is Costco’s version of a clearance item. Also, if you notice an asterisk in the top right hand corner of the sign with the price, that means it is a seasonal item and will not be stocked again (it may come back next year, but it won’t be re-stocked after the current supply is depleted).
I thought these Begonia planters were really pretty, they come in a nice wooden box. They are only $12.99, at some stores that wooden box would be $12.99.

Apparently bee keeping has become mainstream too. You can get a Backyard Bee Hive Honey Harvest Starter Kit. Wow! I’d love to hear if anybody decides to buy one of these.
These rain barrels are $69.99. I have a rain barrel and I use it to water my plants in the summer instead of using water from the hose. Works great, especially here in rainy Washington.

Fun badminton set for outdoor summer fun!
I thought this blanket was pretty cook and it is only $14.99 with the $5 instant rebate. We have tons of blankets so it’s not really something we need, but it might make a fun gift.
We have plans to build a covered patio and once it is finished something like this is totally on my wish list.
This woven accent table is $58.99. I’m thinking it could be used either indoors or outdoors.
Now is the time to get a portable air conditioner if you want one for this summer. Once a heat wave comes they usually sell out at Costco. This one is $50 off with instant rebate. We bought one of these 2 years ago and we keep it in our bedroom it has been so nice. Makes sleeping so much nicer in the summer.
Comfy tales for kids are $9.99. They come in Mermaid and Alligator tails.
Huge set of the quick fill Buncho Balloons. You get 350 water balloons for $18.99.
Amazing deal on these outdoor lights, which I love! They were only $19.97.
I loved these bright fun silicone utensils the first time I saw them. Right now you can get the set for $15.99 (reg $19.99). That works out to only $1.59 per utensil, which is a pretty great deal. I have owned a couple items made by Core and I have loved them all.
When one dip isn’t enough you can use this double dip serving set. It’s price at $24.99.
Every year Costco comes out with a new version of this beverage dispenser. I have one that is all clear and I really like it.
