This Coconut Cream Blue Raspberry Slushy is simply refreshing and perfect for summer!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup blue raspberry syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • whip cream, sprinkles, and raspberries, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk, syrup and ice to blender and blend until you reach slushy consistency
  2. Pour into glass and select your toppings (I like to add some whip cream, raspberries, and sprinkles)

Notes

Alternatively, these make excellent popsicles! Just add blended slushy into a popsicle mold and freeze until solid.
