This Coconut Cream Blue Raspberry Slushy is simply refreshing and perfect for summer!
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup blue raspberry syrup
- 2 cups ice
- whip cream, sprinkles, and raspberries, for topping
Instructions
- Add coconut milk, syrup and ice to blender and blend until you reach slushy consistency
- Pour into glass and select your toppings (I like to add some whip cream, raspberries, and sprinkles)
Notes
Alternatively, these make excellent popsicles! Just add blended slushy into a popsicle mold and freeze until solid.
