These Chocolate Peanut Butter Marble Cookies are the perfect indulgence for any sweet tooth!
Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt
- Mix together and set aside
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy
- Beat in the egg and vanilla
- Gradually add in the dry ingredients, mixing until combined
- Scoop dough and place on a small cookie sheet
- Then add a dollop of peanut butter over the chocolate dough
- With a skewer, gently swirl the peanut butter into the dough to create a marbled pattern (do not over mix)
- Chill dough for at least 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 350
- Add chilled dough to a lined baking sheet with parchment paper
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set but still soft
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring onto cooking rack
