This recipe for banana bread is moist and delicious. I like to add chocolate chips to my Banana Bread for an extra bit of sweetness, but you can omit them if you don’t want chocolate (who doesn’t want chocolate)? You might want to double the recipe and make two, this always goes fast at my house!
Ingredients:
- 5 ripe bananas
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
In mixer, whip butter, add brown sugar and bananas and mix on medium speed for about 1 minute. Add vanilla and eggs.
Next, add all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) until well combined. Lastly, mix in mini chocolate chips on low speed.
Add batter to greased 9 inch loaf pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Let cool, slice and enjoy!

I really want to try your recipe but I’m confused about one thing; you say to add milk but I don’t see it in the ingredients? How much are we adding? Thanks!

So sorry there is no milk in this recipe, the post has been corrected.
