I love using 4 oz canning jars for individual desserts, they are the perfect serving size. These are fun to make for a house party, or just a yummy treat for the family.
- 1 package 8oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Fruit topping;
- 2 cups of strawberries, or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/3 cup sugar
In mixing bowl conbined cream cheese, sugar, eggs, Â and vanilla beat until will blended make sure to scrape sides and mix for another minute.
Add a vanilla wafer into each of the 4oz canning jars.
Add filling and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown. Â Take out of oven and allow to cool completely.
Blend strawberries, sugar and cornstarch into a blender (if using blueberries there is no need to blend) then put in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it bubbles and thickens. Â Let cool down.
Add to berry sauce to individual cheese pies and refrigerate for 2 hours.  Enjoy!
