This Strawberry-Coconut Sorbet recipe is a perfect for a warm summer day, nothing is more refreshing then ice cold sorbet made with fresh fruit. This sorbet has a sweet strawberry flavor with just a touch of coconut that will surely put a smile on your family’s face.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 2 cups of sliced frozen strawberries
- 2 cup coconut milk (sweetened)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons agave or honey
Simply add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Easy peasy, right?
Then transfer into a ice cream maker and mix for about 20 minutes or until thick.
I like to transfer the finished sorbet into 4 oz canning jars because they make the perfect individual serving size. Add to your freezer and freeze. This recipe will make 10 4 oz jars of sorbet. Enjoy!
